Worth knowing
  • You can check in from 1 p.m. and check out until 10 a.m.
  • Credit cards (Visa, Euromaster, Eurocard) and EC cards are accepted
  • Dogs and other pets are not allowed for reasons of hygiene
  • Towels for the open-air swimming pool are not supplied
  • The minimum stay over New Year is 7 days
  • In the case of early departure the room will be invoiced for up to 3 days’ stay (exceptions for illness and force majeure)
  • Cancellation conditions:
     -  Up to 4 weeks before arrival free of charge, if an advance payment has been made.
    -  Up to 3 weeks, the advance payment will be credited to you next stay.
    -  Up to 2 weeks, the advance payment will be retained.
    -  Up to 10 days, 25 % of the accommodation charges will be required.
    -  If we do not receive notice of cancellation and the guest does not arrive, 50% of the accommodation charges will be required.
    -  Any cancellation must be in writing!
